Our 2025 Extra Time Tournament will run the same way as last year, across TWO weekends with the Mixed Grades being run over the first weekend, and our Girls Grades being run over the second weekend. Some of you might even like to play in both tournaments! :)

Harbour Cup | Female Youth Tournament
We will again be partnering with Project FC and running our Tournament alongside the Harbour Cup Tournament.
This is a fantastic National Tournament for female youth players catering to U14, U16 and U18 teams :)

EXTRA TIME TOURNAMENT NOTES
- We endeavour to ensure that every team has at least 4 games, so the competition format may differ between grades to achieve this; generally, it will involve some form of round robin format :)
- Clubs and Schools can enter more than one team in each grade.
- All football abilities are welcome, and we encourage those especially not entering graded tournaments.
- Entries are limited and close one week prior to the Tournament, or as grade(s) become full.
Places are allocated on a first come basis based on registration and payment being received. - There are no minimum number of girls or boys required in a mixed team.
- We encourage teams to have 2-3 subs and to rotate regularly.
- No postponement day. If there is any risk of cancellation, this will be communicated to teams at least 24 hours before the Tournament commences. On the morning of the event, any cancellation notices will be put on our website and Facebook pages and disseminated to team managers via Friendly Manager. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, a small portion of registration fees may be retained to help the club cover any costs incurred.
- The Rules and Grade Draws will be emailed out prior to the Tournament.
- Spot prizes will be distributed at prizegiving for each grade and will be awarded based on displays of being a good sport.
- Up to 10x medals will be provided to the winners of each grade (or pool if a 'final' is not able to be completed).
- The good sport awards will receive the greatest emphasis at each prizegiving.
- At least 10x ribbons will be provided to every team to distribute amongst their players :)
