Wellington United Good Sorts (Our awesome volunteers!)
It can be a fascinating world behind the scenes in a football club and we invite those who are passionate about our beautiful game, our community and/or their children, to join our Good Sorts family :) Our family is full of awesome people who contribute to their community through the beautiful game that is football.
Whatever your skill set may be, we will certainly have a role for you!
Here are some examples of what sort of roles we generally need assistance with :)
Junior Coach | Love to introduce people to the game of football? Join us as a Junior Coach!
Youth Coach | Love to nurture our youth to keep them involved in the game? Join us as a Youth Coach!
Senior Coach | Would you like to transition your FIFA PlayStation skills to real life and do you have good people skills?
Join us as a Senior Coach!
Managers | If you like the odd excel spreadsheet and are often considered the glue of a team, let's formalise your talents as a Team Manager!
Events Coordinator | Are you considered the life of the party and/or do you know how to organise a good shin-dig? If so, we want to hear from you!
Matchday Team | Are you are friendly being or a fantastic host? Join our matchday team to help make sure matchdays run smoothly and that everyone feels welcome at our home at the beautiful Newtown Park.
