For Under 13-15 age groups, Youth Football is the link between junior and senior football. Youth Football looks to meet the needs of all players, whether that is playing recreational social football or following the talent pathway. Matches are played on full size pitches and are 11v11.

Training and games
Teams will generally train once a week with a game on Saturday (Mixed) or Sunday (Girls Only) mornings. Weekly training sessions are usually held at either Wakefield Park, Te Whaea or Wellington College.

Each team will have a coach and manager for the season. These are generally volunteer roles. If you would like to be involved please let us know at [email protected]

Weekly draws will be posted on the Capital Football Website prior to the weekend game and your Team Manager will let you know the details each week.

Alliance Teams
Players from Under 13-15 are eligible to trial for our Alliance Teams. These teams play in the Premier Leagues.

Golazo Academy
Players in Under 13-15 are welcome to join our Golazo Academy. The Golazo Academy offers a Youth Football Talent Development Programme.
